Jacqueline - My Story

Hello, I’m Jacqueline, and I’d like to share my journey with you…..

Throughout my working life, I have mostly been in the customer service industry, delivering a positive and seamless experience has always been my priority. No matter the role I have held, I have always been guided by a genuine desire to assist, support, and ensure each customer felt valued and well looked after. I take great pride in creating smooth, pleasant experiences that leave a lasting impression.

For years I was drawn to an idea. An idea of speaking, sharing, and creating spaces where people felt encouraged, inspired, and uplifted. That ever-present feeling I had more to give, has always remained.

In 2004, I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. While this chapter of my life came with its challenges, it also opened the door to a journey of personal growth. I developed a deeper understanding of health, nutrition, movement, and overall wellbeing, along with a greater sense of empathy and compassion for others navigating their own paths.

In time, I became involved with a company offering safe personal care products and nutritional supplements. It was here that my passion for helping others truly blossomed, as I was able to support people in making positive, nurturing choices for their health and lifestyle.

In 2023, a pivotal moment inspired me to pursue a new direction within the aged care sector. Although it was a new and unfamiliar path, I felt a quiet sense of certainty that this was where I was meant to be — a place where kindness, patience, and genuine care could make a meaningful difference in someone’s life.

After sharing this vision with Penny, we decided to embark on this journey together. We successfully completed our Certificate IV in Aged Care Support, laying the foundation for what would soon become a life changing venture.

Through countless hours of research, planning, developing our services, and working through every detail — alongside many early mornings and late-night conversations — Ladies Caring for Ladies was established.

Today, in 2026, what once felt like a simple dream has grown into something truly meaningful. It reflects compassion, respect, and a heartfelt commitment to caring for others — and I feel incredibly grateful to be part of it.
